Do you struggle to fall asleep at night, go back to sleep when you wake up partway through the night, and get up feeling well-rested in the morning? Are you anxious, stressed out, and overwhelmed, and know that these issues are impacting your sleep and well-being?
8 Weeks to Better Sleep
Join the pilot cohort of my new program for autistic and ADHD individuals, 8 Weeks to Better Sleep. During our 8 weeks together, we’ll learn:
- how to adjust our mindset around sleep to fall asleep more quickly and have more restorative rest
- how to understand our emotions around our sleep and what they’re communicating to us
- how neurodivergent interoception affects our sleep drives and what to do about it
- how to structure our bedtime schedules and routines to optimize our sleep quality and quantity in neurodivergent-friendly ways
- how to make mornings feel calm and collected, instead of rushed and overwhelming
- and much more!
You’ll receive exclusive weekly video lessons from certified solutions-focused life coach (and autistic!) Danielle Sullivan, along with highly-targeted assignments to help you use what you’re learning to change your sleep quickly and confidently. Students are assigned accountability groups to help everyone bounce ideas around and stay on track. We’ll have weekly live check-ins and Q&A support calls with Danielle to make sure you’re getting all of the help you need, plus access to Danielle and your cohort through our private Discord server throughout the program. You’ll be supported every step of the way.
Our May cohort is now full! Register your interest below to be notified when registration for the next cohort opens!

Who’s hosting this group?
Hi, I’m Danielle Sullivan (she/they). I’m autistic, and sleep has been one of my special interests for more than a decade now! I’m a certified life coach trained in positive psychology, solution-focused coaching, applied neuroscience and brain health, and emotional intelligence. I’m a member of the International Coaching Federation, the Attention Deficit Disorder Association, and the Autistic Self Advocacy Network.
I’m also the creator of the Neurodiverging podcast, and the parent of 2 children (one with ADHD and one with autism), and I lead the emotional intelligence roundtable “Autistic Emotions Explained” in the Autastic Community, which offers education and exercises to improve your emotional intelligence, and teach EI skills to your family and friends, too!
I’m autistic, queer, poly, enby, vegetarian, collaborative, heart-centered, and many other things. Get in touch with me at contact@neurodiverging.com.
Where can I find out more about your approach?
There’s a lot of information about me, my training, and my approach to coaching on my 1:1 coaching page here. I also encourage you to check out the Neurodiverging podcast, where I talk about all sorts of issues related to neurodivergent adults and families.
And, I recently did a webinar all about sleep procrastination in neurodivergent adults, and some ways we can improve our sleep:
Who is this group for?
If you’re a neurodivergent person and you have trouble going to bed on time, falling asleep at night, or recognizing when you’re tired, this program can help you! Participants must be 18 years or older. This is a coaching program only and I will not offer or provide any medical advice. I encourage you to check in with a physician before starting this program to rule out serious health issues.
How will this program run?
Every week, Danielle will send out a pre-recorded video that you can watch and process in your own time, along with highly-targeted homework assignments for the week. You’ll be assigned an accountability buddy or group so that we can help each other stay on-target and handle bumps in the road. We’ll come together as a group once a week on Zoom for our check-ins and Q&A sessions, which will be recorded and sent out for anyone who can’t make it live. And, we’ll have a Discord room available for folks to stay in touch, support each other, and get help!
How are accountability groups assigned?
Accountability and peer support are valuable tools as we restructure our routines and mindset around sleep. About two weeks before we begin our work together, I’ll send out a survey to ask you about your current schedule, what kind of accountability would be most helpful to you (phone call? texting? email?), and what’s most important for you in a buddy or group. Some of us want “tough love” and some of us want compassionate ears, after all! I’ll match folks up based on goals and personality, and I’ll offer a helpful guide for the first few meetings as we get going.
How much does this group cost to attend?
The total cost for this 8 week program is $795 USD. A non-refundable $100 deposit is required upon registration to hold your spot, and then the remaining cost will be billed after our first meeting. You may instead choose to pay the deposit, and then split the remainder of the cost into two equal halves if you prefer.
Limited sliding scale and scholarship spots are available. Please indicate your interest in these on the form above, and I will get in touch with you to discuss options.
Rarely, despite best efforts and goodwill on both sides, we may not be the right fit for one another. If for any reason you are unhappy with this group program, and you have discussed the issue with me first, I will offer a full prorated refund, minus the $100 deposit and a 10% USD administrative fee. Refunds must be requested before June 15th, and may take up to 72 hours to be processed.
I want to improve my sleep, but this is not the right time. Will you offer future sessions?
Yes, this program will likely run at least twice a year for the foreseeable future. Join the free mailing list to be notified when the next cohort opens for registration.
