Holiday Support Hub

If you're spending more time and energy meeting the holiday expectations of your family or friends than you are your own, this page is for you.

A Message from Founder Danielle Sullivan

Dear Friends,

Every year, it sneaks up on us: that mountain of expectations we never agreed to climb. Other people’s needs, hopes, and traditions pile up beside our own… kids, partners, parents, friends, in-laws, colleagues.

Add in the memories of holidays past, the glossy versions from movies or social media, the pressure to make it “special,” and suddenly the season that’s supposed to mean connection feels more like a full-time job.

If you’re honest, it’s costing you. Your mental load gets hijacked by everyone else’s priorities. Your energy goes toward short-term logistics instead of your long-term needs or ideas. You lose time to awkward transitions and unpredictable schedules – things that will barely matter by January.

And it leaves you feeling distracted from your purpose. Ashamed that you’re not meeting the picture in your head. Responsible for everyone’s disappointment when the holiday doesn’t look or feel the way it’s “supposed to.”

I need you to know that these feelings of distraction, shame, and over-responsibility are bubbling up because you’ve been trained to make the holidays look like the ones you saw growing up or on TV. It’s part of the way many of us learned to mask: to perform neurotypical normalcy, to make it look effortless, to prove we belong.

Some of us have leaned in hard to the expectations of this time of year, perfecting every detail. Some of us have opted out completely, gritting our teeth through the grocery store carols. Whichever side you’re on, the truth is: the system has set you up to lose.

These patterns keep us mired in shame and distracted from our real goals and values. They waste our time, energy, and attention – the very things we need most to create the lives we actually want.

All of this is why I built the Holiday Hub, a one-stop space to help you step off the treadmill of expectations and reconnect with yourself. Here, you’ll find free articles, a supportive live webinar, and a space to start imagining a different way through the season that’s rooted in agency, belonging, and authenticity.

No more performative, perfectionist bull!

  • If you’re dreading the holiday party noise instead of looking forward to your favorite people, the Hub is for you.
  • If your brain is stuck on menus, schedules, and sensory overload instead of meaning and connection, the Hub is for you.
  • If you’re tired of giving your energy to everyone else’s comfort while your own needs go unmet. the Hub is for you.

Scroll down to register and join us for Fortified, the free live webinar where we’ll talk about how to reclaim your time and attention from the systems that steal them this season.

And if you’re ready to make bigger, lasting shifts, scroll even further to get early access to our next program at a special early-bird rate.

You don’t have to keep pushing through this on your own. We’re here: creating spaces where you can belong, unmask, and rebuild your holidays (and your life) on your own terms.

With you,

Danielle & the Neurodiverging team

I've been a Neurodiverging patron for several months now and feel so grateful for that support in my life. Having access to so many resources at such little cost and being able to engage with them either live or at my own pace has really helped me put things in place to build a life I feel excited about and to take action in the world. It's a caring and respectful community where I feel safe as trans, and the content created is sensitive to systemic oppressions of all kinds. Danielle is a wonderful coach, so generous with their time, thoughtful and present, they made me feel welcomed immediately.

Neurodiverging has helped me grow immensely since I joined in 2023 because of its incredibly supportive community and the amazing resources created by Danielle. Danielle provides a safe space in coaching sessions that made me feel heard and encouraged me to grow and challenge myself to try new approaches and supports. As a student, weekly Get Stuff Done sessions have been instrumental in my ability to keep up with my classes and keep up with life admin, because of the endless support given by Danielle and the other patrons.
