Please cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. Lack of homework completion or progress isn’t a cancellation reason – we can’t help you if you don’t show up.
Talk to us if you’re unhappy. We offer prorated refunds for unused sessions, minus a $30 fee, requested within 30 days of purchase.
Yes, packages expire one year from purchase, with possible extensions at the owner’s discretion.

Mav is a neurodivergent therapist and life coach trained in trauma-informed coaching to support neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ individuals, and people who’ve experienced spiritual or religious trauma.
Lila is an autistic, queer non-binary coach leveraging personal experience and diverse expertise to foster self-compassion, creativity, purposeful productivity, integrating awareness of chronobiology – e.g. ultradian rhythms, sleep-wake cycles, menstrual or lunar cycles, and solar year seasons.
